Precision Tennis delivers Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation (“Vancouver Park Board”) group classes and private lessons and also runs private programs at West Point Grey Academy (WPGA) or other facilities. The rules below apply to all Park Board and WPGA sessions unless stated otherwise.

• Request a class transfer or refund at least 48 hours before the 2nd class of the session.
• No refunds or transfers after the 2nd scheduled class.
• Missed classes are not refundable.

• Rained-out classes are refunded 1–2 weeks after the course ends (processed by Park Board staff for Park Board programs, or by Precision Tennis for WPGA programs).

• Request credit refunds by October 31 of the purchase year.
• Credits must be unused.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are counted as used.

Refunds may be prorated or charged an admin fee. Instead of cash you can ask for Park Board program credit. If Precision Tennis cancels a program, the Park Board issues a full refund within 1–2 weeks.

Refunds for weather-related cancellations or other reasons are processed 1–2 weeks after the final class of the session and returned to your original payment method.
