Disclaimer: For City of Vancouver (“CoV”) group classes and all private lessons, we are hired by the CoV as a subcontractor and we are not the determiner of policy, nor are we partnered with the City of Vancouver. The policies below that we inform our students are those of the City of Vancouver and may be subject to change without notice.

Refunds and transfers for group classes:

• Refunds and transfers for any group class must be requested 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled 2nd class of the session.
• No refunds or transfers will be honoured after the 2nd scheduled class of the session.
• Refunds for past missed classes will not be issued.

Refunds due to inclement weather:

• Refunds for classes cancelled due to inclement weather will be issued 1-2 weeks after the last date of the class in the session by CoV staff.

Note: For any classes missed and/or not subject to refund, you may request a makeup class by following our Makeup Class Policy.

Refunds for private lessons:

• Private lesson credit refunds may be requested via email before October 31 of the year the credits were purchased.
• To be subject for refund, private lesson credits must not have been rendered.
• Private lesson credits associated with lessons cancelled by the student 24 hours or less before the scheduled lesson time, or which were not attended by the student, are considered rendered.

Refunds and transfers will be prorated and may be subject to administrative fees. Refunds may take 1-2 weeks to be issued by CoV staff. In lieu of a monetary refund, you may also request a credit for other CoV programs. Full refunds will be issued by CoV staff within 1-2 weeks for any program cancelled due to Precision Tennis’ decision to cancel the program.
